Export Control

Missile Experts Group develops defense-related engineering, simulation, and analysis capabilities. Depending on configuration, content, and end use, our software and technical data may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR Parts 120 through 130, or to the Export Administration Regulations, 15 CFR Parts 730 through 774.

Nothing on this website is offered for export. This site publishes general marketing and corporate information only. It carries no technical data, no source code, no build artifacts, and no defense articles or defense services as those terms are defined in the applicable regulations.

DeadEye™ is not a public download. Every access request is reviewed, and we make an eligibility determination before releasing any build. We ask for country of citizenship during that review for this reason. We do not release builds, technical data, or documentation where eligibility cannot be established, and we do not release to denied or restricted parties.

Recipients are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws, including restrictions on retransfer, reexport, and access by foreign persons. Requirements applicable to a specific engagement are set out in the governing agreement, not on this page.

Controlled and Classified Information

This website is public and unclassified. It contains no classified national security information, no Controlled Unclassified Information, and no information marked as controlled under any agency program.

Controlled Unclassified Information is handled under Executive Order 13556, 32 CFR Part 2002, and DoD Instruction 5200.48. The legacy For Official Use Only marking was retired across the Department of Defense in favor of the CUI program, and we use CUI categories and markings accordingly. Where a customer or contract specifies legacy markings, we apply the markings the contract requires.

Screenshots and capability descriptions published here depict unclassified development builds using publicly available or synthetic data. They do not depict customer data, operational data, or the results of any classified activity.

Do not transmit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled technical data, or proprietary third-party information through this website, our contact forms, or unencrypted email. Contact us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

Third-Party and Open Source Software

DeadEye™ is approximately 100,000 lines of first-party C++ and contains no commercial game engine. It does make use of third-party and open source components, some compiled in only when their dependency is present at build time.

Components include the Vulkan API and its loader and validation layers, the Dear ImGui and wxWidgets user interface libraries, OpenSubdiv for surface subdivision, ozz-animation for skeletal animation, OpenUSD for scene interchange, Blender file reading, Mapbox Vector Tile decoding, PMTiles and MBTiles archive readers, the NREL Solar Position Algorithm, and language model inference libraries.

Each of these components is governed by its own license. A complete attribution and license notice, listing every third-party component, its version, and its full license text, accompanies each build we release and is available on request. Where a component's license requires that we offer corresponding source, we do so under that license's terms. Nothing in our own proprietary license alters any right you receive under an open source license.

If you believe a component is used or attributed incorrectly, tell us at legal@missileexperts.com and we will correct it.

Government and Third-Party Data

Our software reads several standard data formats. It is distributed without the underlying datasets, and operators supply their own data under their own authorization and licenses.

Terrain elevation follows the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission format, aeronautical tables follow the Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File format, and notices can be read from file or retrieved from the Federal Aviation Administration. Distribution of some of these datasets is restricted by the originating agency to authorized users. We do not redistribute them.

Basemap and imagery tiles are retrieved from whichever provider the operator configures, under that provider's terms of service and using the operator's own credentials. Aerodynamic reference data derived from published NASA technical reports and databases is used under the terms applicable to those publications.

Trademarks

Missile Experts Group, the Missile Experts Group logo, and DeadEye™ are trademarks of Missile Experts Group, LLC.

All other names and marks are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products, standards, or platforms, including Team Awareness Kit and Cursor on Target, Anduril and Lattice, NASA, Vulkan and Khronos, Blender, and Mapbox, are nominative and describe interoperability or provenance only. They do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or certification from those owners.

Privacy

We collect personal information only where you provide it. The DeadEye™ access request form collects your name, organization and organization type, role, work email, phone number, country of citizenship, any program you name, and your description of intended use.

We use that information to evaluate eligibility, to route and respond to your request, and to keep a record of access decisions. Country of citizenship is collected specifically for the export control review described above. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Submissions are delivered to our own mail system and stored on infrastructure we own and operate. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and does no cross-site tracking. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, write to legal@missileexperts.com. Records tied to an export control determination may be retained where law or contract requires.

Website Terms

Content on this site is provided for general information. Capability descriptions reflect the state of our software and services at the time of publication and may change without notice. Screenshots depict development builds. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, a performance guarantee, or a commitment to deliver any particular capability.

This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Terms governing any engagement are set out in the applicable agreement, which controls over anything stated on this page.
